Build a communication tool, rooted in human centered design, for workers and managers in manufacturing.
We’re seeking an experienced staff full stack web engineer to join our team and help us build an anonymized communication tool for workers and managers in manufacturing. It will enable workers to communicate their suggestions and grievances via SMS or voice call, and enable managers to listen and respond.
As one of the first full time engineers, you’ll join our small, highly ambitious team that is intent on building the next great technology company in this space. You will have unparalleled opportunities to make a big impact on clients and the business itself.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a key role in building out our technology platform from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining our codebase, and helping to drive product direction. We are open to utilizing existing open source softwares in the application. Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are a must. Most importantly, you should be eager to jump in wherever necessary to make the product an outstanding experience for our users.
This is a full-time position based in Delhi/Bangalore/Remote.
Remuneration: 7-10 Lacs per annum
