We’re seeking an experienced product manager to join our team and help us build various tech solutions, including an anonymized communication tool for workers and managers in manufacturing. The communication tool will enable workers to communicate their suggestions and grievances with managers and enable managers to listen and respond.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a key role in building out our technology platform from the ground up. You will be responsible for liaising between our tech team and the customers, product planning and management, engaging with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are a must. Most importantly, you should be eager to jump in wherever necessary to make the product an outstanding experience for our users.
This is a full-time position based in Delhi/Bangalore. However, you can be remote until the pandemic is behind us.
Remuneration: 10-18 Lacs per annum (the broad range is to accommodate the varied experience and skill set we anticipate in the applicant pool)
